This service is fundamental to the business and has set the high standard to which we operate in all areas. Purchasing a property can be stressful and with such a myriad of aspects to consider we set out to make the process of buying abroad as hassle free as possible. We want each client to feel that they are given honest advice and guidance to be able to make informed decisions and therefore enjoy their experience.

We consult with the client and understand exactly what their ideal criteria would be for a holiday home. From understanding the desired location to appreciating a preferred style of home, we prompt a client to think about a range of amenities and facilities that are important to them.

We do the ground work with our vetted developers and partners abroad, searching for properties that closely match the clients’ specifications and then in consultation with the customer we select a range of homes to view.

We employ a strict ‘no hard sell’ approach and ensure that the client is completely satisfied with options presented to them. We have a personal approach to the search and provide unbiased and ndependent advice as well as recommending additional service providers such as lawyers, property maintenance companies, healthcare providers and interior decorators. Every client is individual and we can have as much or as little involvement as required.

At the first meeting with Sean we spent time understanding what his preferred location, style and amenity priorities were. From there, we liaised with overseas partners to locate a selection of properties that closely matched Sean’s criteria.
