To say that David and Joanne have held my hand tightly throughout the purchase of an Egyptian property is an understatement. It’s as simple as that. I wanted to invest abroad and they immediately filled my required criteria to ensure a smooth purchase.

The working relationship over the last twelve months from initial meeting, securing a unit, finding an Egyptian solicitor, choosing furnishings to completion has been a pleasure. Even aspects such as the snagging list were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Hence, it has been so easy to recommend David to many of the rugby fraternity of South Wales.

The above is obviously all true and a glowing endorsement as to how easy it has been to invest with this company. However, what has really encouraged me to continue investing has been an unrivalled personal service from David. I doubt he actually enjoys my company that much, but his enthusiasm to drive six hours to show me photos of a development has helped ensure my trust in his recommended projects. I know most people deep down want a ‘personal touch’ when considering such a major investment, but I have felt eased by David’s approach. I look forward to investing again with David and maybe even enjoying his company on one of his ‘surveying’ trips to foreign shores. In the meantime, I am nothing less than grateful for an opportunity to invest with his company.
