David Spencer

Managing Director

David has spent 15 years working in a sales role and steadily progressed his career to the position of Business Development Manager for one of the UK’s top IT Solutions and Services providers.

David founded David Spencer Ltd in 2006 after identifying a gap in the market for an all encompassing personal property finding service 

Previous roles have all involved customer liaison, which is the basis of his strengths – personal attention to clients’ requirements is of utmost importance. He is highly experienced in negotiating with agents and developers at all levels and along with his excellent communication and interpersonal skills he has a conscientious and ethical approach to both the business and clients alike.

David has a busy family life with three children but also enjoys watching football and going to the gym.  He has taken part in the Great North Run for the past four years in aid of Tiny Lives, a charity supporting premature and poorly newborn babies at the RVI hospital in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, following his own personal experience.
