Joanne left the education system after achieving qualifications of 6 ‘O’ levels, 1 ‘A’ level and an HND in Business Studies. Later in life she obtained a qualification at Intermediate level AAT as part of self development.

During 13 years spent working for a Facilities Management company, Joanne steadily progressed her career from an administration position to that of Contract Manager on a major government site in the North East. This post focussed on customer liaison, contract monitoring and staff management. Throughout her career Joanne has developed a varied knowledge in financial and legal issues.

With first class organisational skills, she provides thorough administrative procedures to ensure efficient business management.
