Paul, former Great Britain captain and St Helens loose forward, retired from rugby league in September 2008 and now holds the position of Development Manager at St. Helens RLFC. ‘Scully’ played 26 times for Great Britain and four for England and scored 1,246 points for Saints. He is the only player to win the Man of Steel award back-to-back after lifting the prize in 2001 and 2002.

In 2006 Paul was introduced to David Spencer Ltd. and since then has purchased two properties, including one through his SIPP, with the help of the company and in 2007 became a shareholder. Paul is an important part of the team helping to endorse the personal service which David Spencer Ltd. offers and promote our new projects.
